Accessories, Parts: Parts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Purchaser responsible for initial shipping charge and return shipping charge and 15% restocking charge. Returns must be shipped insured and pre-paid with UPS only. No returns on electrical parts. No shipments without a return authorization will be accepted.
Motors and Gliders: Due to the nature of the Equipment all sales are final.
A return authorization may be granted if the equipment is unused and was never assembled (motor) or removed from the bag (glider).
All Motor and or Glider returns will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and credit card refund fees.
